"I was in an auto accident around the next of september and also a red ran. He totaled it causing me hurt and now unemployed for pretty much a month and struck my vehicle. Law enforcement statement was sent to both  insurance  s (quarry & his) declaring he's at fault. i and my insurance (state farm) have tried calling his AAA agent repeatedly and they still haven't called back. I have also known as the director from her with no phone call that was returned also. Ive asked my insurance and so they basically explained to hold back for them to call. Im getting impatient and i was simply wondering if anyone has ever had this dilemma
